HARDATA SMART CLOUD is a Media Asset Management (MAM) that can be virtualized in a local datacenter or cloud CDN. It provides additional storage and content management for the INGEST, PRODUCTION, SMART and SMART+ server systems.

Video ingested on the INGEST Servers can be automatically transferred to an SMART CLOUD server, where a low-resolution proxy file is automatically generated.

By using HARDATA OFFICE workstations or through the multi-platform web access, you can manage content, visualize proxy copies, insert marks and tags for edition or programming, upload and download materials, perform advanced searches, or transfer materials between components of the Ecosystem.

At the same time, by programming each station or modifying the playlist, the SMART CLOUD system will automatically copy the changes to the playout server and synchronize all the materials in the playlist.

Web Access

A powerful multiplatform web access tool that allows you to access s SMART CLOUD advanced features. From any device you can perform advanced search for materials, preview, add multiple marks and tags and download full materials or just segments between marks. It also has a user control to manage the access of each operator to the different modules, with the possibility of generating reports.

Advanced Search

Through the Web Access you can perform advanced search and preview your materials. Look through all your metadata including the personalized fields on your data base, tags and marks.

Preview

Preview and download your materials through the web. You can mark, cut and export segments. Get a direct route to a high quality file for edition.

Catalog

Include personalized marks with description and multiple tags to improve the search of materials. Never lose a clip again.
