The excellence in the management, across the constant improvement, guides Hardata's strategy. The principles of the excellence forms a part of the ethical and professional values of the Company, and of the commitments that we have acquired with our clients, shareholders, personnel, suppliers, strategic associates, and with all the society.
Hardata's Management takes up office, leads and stimulates clearly the commitment with the principle of the Total Quality, they are facilitating the necessary resources to reach the excellence and establishing the measures adapted to assure that this policy of the Quality must be understood by all the staff and they must use it in practice.
We understand the Total Quality, as the suitable management of all the resources with which the Company has, for the attainment of the highest levels of quality in terms of generation of value for all their groups of interest, throughout the time.
We are sure that in order to this initiative will be successful, it must be stimulated for the highest executive level of the Company, and the responsable of every sector must establish and check from time to time the aims of the Quality, according to his situation, and that guarantee the fulfillment of this policy.
In my character of President and Hardata's CEO S.A. I assume personally the following commitment:
“We must advance of progressive form towards the Excellence, continuing the corresponding models of the Total Quality, across the periodic autoevaluation, identification of improvement´s areas and establishing programs of improvement, which will be sustained by the teamwork and the participation of the whole Organization. Also they must cause the environment adapted for a creative and innovative development".
This one is my commitment, and of all the professionals that integrate Hardata's staff.
