Technical support life cycle phases for Hardata products:

STANDARD TECHNICAL SUPPORT

This phase goes from the product launch to the market till the date when Hardata decides to discontinue that product. In this phase, telephone technical support enquiries are responded from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (Argentina local time) and technical support is also provided by our web site.

EXTENDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT

From the date when Hardata discontinues a product, the Extended Technical Support starts being in force for a year. In this phase, technical support enquiries are only replied through our web site.

ON LINE SELF-HELP SUPPORT

When the Extended Technical Support comes to an end, Hardata provides technical support for five years through the web site, where the most frequent questions will be found, allowing you to clarify the enquiry by yourself.
