TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

There are several types of technical support available for HARDATA products:

Standars Technical Support

This phase starts at product launch and ends when the product is discontinued. Telephone technical support requests are answered from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Argentina local time) and technical support is also provided through our web site.

Extended Technical Support

This begins on the date HARDATA discontinues a product, and lasts for a year. In this phase, technical support questions are only answered through our web site.

On Line Self-help Support

When the Extended Technical Support comes to an end, HARDATA provides technical support for five years through the web site, where answers to the most frequent asked questions are found.
